Shipping within Sweden
- Carrier: DHL Service Point
- Cost: 60 SEK, Free shipping on all orders above 1000 SEK
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days from dispatch
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Returns: Customer pays for the return costs, will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping to Denmark
- Carrier: DHL Service Point
- Cost: €12 on orders under €200, free shipping on orders €200 and up
- Delivery time: 2-4 business days from dispatch
- Duties & taxes: No additional fees — Denmark is part of the EU customs union
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Returns: Customer pays for the return costs, will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping to Norway
- Carrier: DHL
- Cost: €12 on orders under €200, free shipping on orders €200 and up
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Duties & VAT: As Norway is outside the EU, Norwegian VAT and any applicable customs duties may apply. Please contact us at info@stockholmsurfboardclub.com if you have questions about how duties are handled on your order before placing it.

Shipping within the EU
- Carrier: DHL Service Point
- Cost: €15 on orders under €250, free shipping on orders €250 and up
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days from dispatch
- Duties & taxes: No additional fees — all orders within the EU are shipped without customs charges
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Returns: Customer pays for the return costs, will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping to the United States
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all applicable U.S. customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

- Cost: $40 flat rate on orders under $400, free shipping on orders $400 and up
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Duties & taxes: Included at checkout
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
Returns from the US: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only; duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable in line with U.S. customs regulations.
🌍 Shipping to the rest of the world
- Carrier: DHL/FedEx/UPS
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days from dispatch
- Duties & taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be billed to you by the carrier upon delivery. Stockholm Surfboard Club is not responsible for parcels returned due to unpaid duties or non-compliance with local customs regulations, and we are unable to issue refunds under these circumstances.

If your country is not available at checkout, please email info@stockholmsurfboardclub.com with the subject "international shipping" and include the items, sizes, and your address for a shipping quote.
Returns
For all returns (except returns from the US, see above), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Please contact info@stockholmsurfboardclub.com to initiate a return before sending anything back.
Customs and import disclaimer (non-EU, non-US destinations)
For shipments outside the EU and the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees required by your country. Stockholm Surfboard Club is not responsible for fees charged by customs authorities or for parcels returned due to unpaid duties.
